Customs Intervenient Performance (RADAR) is a system that aims to

various agents related to foreign trade, becoming a tool
fundamental in the fight against fraud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Radar is known as the first step of any importer or exporter because
this is the most basic prerequisite of the Brazilian comex.

The Siscomex Portal is a system that manages customs operations in Brazil. Your

exports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Legal entity in the form of a publicly traded corporation, with
shares traded on the stock exchange or on the over-the-counter market, as well as
its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
\u2022 Legal entity authorized to use the Express Customs Clearance (Line
Blue).
\u2022 Public company or mixed capital company.
\u2022 Direct public administration bodies, autarchy and public foundation, body
autonomous public, international organization and other institutions
extraterritorial.
\u2022 Legal entity entitled to enjoy the tax benefits provided for in Law no.
12,350, of December 20, 2010.
\u2022 Legal entity that intends to act exclusively in operations of
export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whose estimated financial capacity for import operations is equal to or
less than US$ 150,000.00 (CIF) in each consecutive period of 6 (six) months.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whose estimated financial capacity for import operations is greater than
US$ 150,000.00 (CIF) in each consecutive period of 6 (six) months. In this
submodality, the company will have no limits for export operations.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An importing company may have any of the modalities of qualification in the
Radar activates in your CNPJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the case of modalities with semiannual limits, Radar works as a
balance where the values imported by that company are controlled. at each new
import performed, a part of the Radar's semiannual limit is subtracted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the limits of each modality are not respected, the imported goods
can be seized by the Federal Revenue, generating high costs with storage and
fines until designing a new limit, which can take a long time.

export, there is no limitation on exported value.

export much more and closely control the flow of international purchases to
avoid deficit indices in the Brazilian trade balance.
