{"id":1009,"date":"2021-09-20T15:17:37","date_gmt":"2021-09-20T18:17:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hglcomex.com.br\/?p=1009"},"modified":"2025-01-16T10:33:19","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T13:33:19","slug":"registro-de-importadores-e-exportadores-no-radar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hglcomex.com.br\/en\/registro-de-importadores-e-exportadores-no-radar\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPORT AND EXPORT: KNOW HOW TO TAKE OFF THE RADAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/normas.receita.fazenda.gov.br\/sijut2consulta\/link.action?idAto=113361&amp;visao=anotado\" target=\"_blank\">new rules<\/a>, published in December 2020, by the Official Gazette of the Union facilitates companies&#039; access to foreign trade, enabling importers and exporters to obtain the RADAR agility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The request for registration to operate internationally can be made automatically, through the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/portalunico.siscomex.gov.br\/portal\/\" target=\"_blank\">Portal Enable<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The period to consider yourself qualified for international operations, depending on the analysis of the documentation and the type of authorization, is 10 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this period, it is important to import or export products in order to keep the record active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being enabled in RADAR is important, because it is through this registration that you will be able to access the Integrated Foreign Trade System, that is, SISCOMEX. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company&#039;s financial capacity is the factor that determines the modality in which the goods declarant will be classified. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The modalities of qualification on RADAR are divided into:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Express \u2013 suitable for beginners;<\/li><li>Limited to $50 thousand\/semester, <\/li><li>Limited to $150 thousand dollars\/semester and <\/li><li>Unlimited \u2013 suitable for companies that are already used to Foreign Trade practices.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to know more about it?
