IMPORT AND EXPORT: KNOW HOW TO TAKE OFF THE RADAR

At new rules, published in December 2020, by the Official Gazette of the Union facilitates companies' access to foreign trade, enabling importers and exporters to obtain the RADAR agility.

The request for registration to operate internationally can be made automatically, through the Portal Enable.

The period to consider yourself qualified for international operations, depending on the analysis of the documentation and the type of authorization, is 10 days.

During this period, it is important to import or export products in order to keep the record active.

Being enabled in RADAR is important, because it is through this registration that you will be able to access the Integrated Foreign Trade System, that is, SISCOMEX.

The company's financial capacity is the factor that determines the modality in which the goods declarant will be classified.

The modalities of qualification on RADAR are divided into:

  • Express – suitable for beginners;
  • Limited to $50 thousand/semester,
  • Limited to $150 thousand dollars/semester and
  • Unlimited – suitable for companies that are already used to Foreign Trade practices.
